Business Development Representative (BDR)

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. As a BDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential clients. This is a crucial role that serves as the first point of contact between our company and prospective customers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves connecting with people, and isn’t afraid of a little hustle. If you’re curious, driven, and excited about helping build something big, this might be your next adventure. This is a contract part-time position that can grow based on company's needs. 


Responsibilities:

  • Proactively research, identify, and reach out to potential clients through outbound calls, emails, social selling, and networking.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure a strong pipeline. 
  • Understand prospects’ needs and effectively communicate how our solutions can solve their challenges.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all prospecting activities in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing strategy to align outreach efforts with campaigns and growth strategies.
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs, including meetings booked, opportunities created, and conversion rates.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and product knowledge.
  • Ability to travel is required. 


Qualifications: 

  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role (internships included).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient with a competitive drive.
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and engaging with prospects.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) preferred.
  • Ability to learn quickly, take feedback, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Histology/Mohs/Dermatology experience preferred.

Location: Remote, Texas. Houston preferred. Some travel required.
Reports to: CEO

Job Type: Part-Time 

Expected Schedule: Between hours of 8-5. 

Pay: Commensurate with experience. 


Mohs tech and microscope

Mohs Technician

Role Overview:

​​​​​​​Our talented team helps serve the histology industry to better serve physicians and their patients. We would love to partner with you by providing a flexible schedule and desirable pay, whether you desire local or out-of-state opportunities. We are looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented technician/technologist willing to travel. Opportunities available across the U.S.


Responsibilities:

  • Mohs frozen section preparation - mapping, labeling, grossing, inking, embedding, sectioning, staining, and cover slipping.
  • Permanent section preparation - grossing, labeling, processing, embedding in paraffin, sectioning, staining, and cover slipping.
  • Proper organizing and storage of slides.
  • Routine maintenance and cleaning of histology equipment and material.


Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with physicians, staff, and management.
  • Knowledge of healthcare, anatomy, and pathology terminology.
  • Must be reliable.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving/troubleshooting skills.
  • Willing to travel (Reimbursement for travel expenses included).
  • Mohs Technician: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Laboratory: 1 year (Preferred)
  • HT/HTL Certification (a plus)
